1. Purpose

We stand behind every product we ship. When something goes wrong, our refund rules—explained below—keep the process fair, fast, and transparent.


2. Order Exchanges

  • Please double-check size, design, colour, and quantity before checking out.
  • We do not swap items that were ordered in error.
  • If you realise a mistake, cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new one. Our support team can guide you.

Approved 24-hour cancellations are refunded in full, including original shipping.


4. How to File a Claim

Send an email to [email protected] (or use the Contact Us page) including:

  1. Name and order number.
  2. Description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos/videos of the defect.
  4. Proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt).
  5. Shipping label or delivery slip, if available.
  6. Your preference: refund or replacement.

We respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps. Ship nothing until you receive our written return authorisation.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of inspection.
  • Banks and card issuers can take 10–15 days to post funds. If you do not see the credit after that, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Original shipping costs are refunded only when a product was damaged, defective, or wrong.


6. Important Notes

  • The 180-day return period starts on the recorded delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us. Consider insured/trackable service.
  • Requests made after 180 days cannot be accepted.
  • Unauthorised returns may be refused or discarded.
