1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund within 180 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item, size, or material
  • The product differs significantly from what was described
  • The design or customization was not as ordered

To qualify, the returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Minor issues such as loose threads or natural fabric quirks
  • Customer-caused errors, including incorrect design selections or image uploads
  • Items returned beyond the 180-day window

2. Refund Request Instructions

To submit a refund claim, please email [email protected] with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos
  • The shipping label or receipt, and any relevant email communications

We will respond within 2–3 business days regarding your eligibility. Please wait for confirmation before mailing any return items.


3. Return and Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  1. You will receive a return address and instructions via email.
  2. Package the item securely and ship it using any postal or courier service.
  3. Email us the tracking number as soon as it’s available.
  4. Upon receiving your package, we’ll notify you and initiate the refund.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
Once processed, funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
If you haven’t seen the refund after 10–15 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Cost: $0.00 applies only to defective or incorrect products.

Buyneu is not responsible for:

  • Lost or damaged return shipments
  • Unauthorized returns sent before contacting our team
  • Delays caused by carriers

5. Order Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. That’s why we allow free cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

To cancel your order:

  • Email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase
  • Include your order number and a cancellation request

After 24 hours, your order will enter processing and can no longer be canceled, as most products are made to order.


6. Exchanges

Buyneu does not support direct product exchanges due to sizing, design, or quantity mistakes. If you selected the wrong option during checkout:

  • You may cancel the order within 24 hours
  • Place a new order with the correct specifications
