1. Purpose
We stand behind every product we ship. When something goes wrong, our refund rules—explained below—keep the process fair, fast, and transparent.
2. Order Exchanges
- Please double-check size, design, colour, and quantity before checking out.
- We do not swap items that were ordered in error.
- If you realise a mistake, cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new one. Our support team can guide you.

Approved 24-hour cancellations are refunded in full, including original shipping.
4. Returns & Refunds – Eligibility (180-Day Window)
You may request a return or refund within 180 days of delivery if your item:
- Arrives damaged or broken.
- Differs in design, size, or material from what you ordered.
- Is not the item shown on your order confirmation.
- Shows a material discrepancy from the product description.
Not eligible
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Damage caused by misuse or normal wear.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Minor loose threads or easily remedied imperfections.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return cost: $0.00 on merchandise confirmed damaged or defective (we supply a prepaid label or reimburse your cost).
- For all other approved returns, customers pay return postage.
6. How to File a Claim
Send an email to [email protected] (or use the Contact Us page) including:
- Name and order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt).
- Shipping label or delivery slip, if available.
- Your preference: refund or replacement.
We respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps. Ship nothing until you receive our written return authorisation.
7. Returning the Item
- Pack securely in original packaging, adding a copy of your confirmation email.
- Ship using any trackable service. Email us the tracking number.
- We will inspect the parcel within 2 business days of arrival and email our decision.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of inspection.
- Banks and card issuers can take 10–15 days to post funds. If you do not see the credit after that, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
Original shipping costs are refunded only when a product was damaged, defective, or wrong.
9. Important Notes
- The 180-day return period starts on the recorded delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us. Consider insured/trackable service.
- Requests made after 180 days cannot be accepted.
- Unauthorised returns may be refused or discarded.
