1. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure your order arrives securely and on time.

2. Order Handling and Delivery Time

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, during regular business hours, excluding public holidays observed by the United States Postal Service.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once the shipment is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, high shipping volume, or logistical disruptions.

3. Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time – GMT-5) will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed before the cut-off time are eligible for same-day processing, depending on volume and product availability.

4. Non-Processing Holidays (2025)

We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • January 1 – New Year’s Day
  • February 17 – Presidents’ Day
  • May 26 – Memorial Day
  • July 4 – Independence Day
  • September 1 – Labor Day
  • November 27 – Thanksgiving Day
  • December 25 – Christmas Day

5. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate tracking email will be sent within 1–2 business days after processing. Please note:

  • It may take 3–7 business days for tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
  • If no tracking appears, it may mean your package is still waiting to be scanned.
  • You can monitor your shipment on our Order Tracking page.

7. Personalized or Customized Orders

Orders that require personalization or design modifications may require additional production time. This depends on the complexity of your request. We will notify you with updates as soon as your product is ready to ship.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If the address is incorrect:

  • We may need to contact you for clarification, which can delay processing.
  • We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender.
  • Returned items may be discarded by our shipping partners and are non-refundable.
  • A reshipping fee will apply if you request a new shipment after an incorrect address.

Additionally, if you instruct the carrier to redirect or forward your shipment after it leaves our facility, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays that result.
