• The name on the order

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos showing any defect, damage, or wrong item

• Your preference: replacement or refund

Please ensure all details are correct before submitting to avoid delays.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on non-sale items that are:

• In new condition (unwashed, unworn)

• With tags still attached

• Accompanied by the original receipt

Return Instructions

After contacting us and receiving approval, here’s what to do:

1. Print your order confirmation email and include it with the return.

2. Package your item securely to avoid damage in transit.

3. Ship it using your preferred courier and provide us the tracking number via email.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your return and refund.

Note: Returns without prior approval or missing documentation may not be processed.

Important Notes

• Customer errors (e.g., incorrect image uploads, spelling errors, wrong size selection) are not eligible for free returns. Please review your order before confirming it.

• Refunds or replacements will not be granted for items returned in used or damaged condition (unless they arrived that way).
