1 24-HOUR GRACE WINDOW

• Cost: $0.00 – all cancellations or changes are free within the first 24 hours after the order confirmation e-mail lands in your inbox.
• How: Send a quick note to [email protected] or fill out the “Contact Us” form with:
  1. Order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Clear instructions (cancel, swap size, edit address, etc.)

You’ll receive a confirmation once our team has updated or voided the order.

2 AFTER 24 HOURS

Production starts promptly. Once the 24-hour clock expires, the order is locked and cannot be altered or cancelled. If you later decide you don’t want the item, please wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy dated June 2025.

3 CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

Double-verify street, apartment, city, state and ZIP before clicking “Place Order.”

• Buyneu cannot reroute parcels once they’ve left our warehouse.
• Packages returned for an incorrect address may incur a new shipping fee if you ask us to reship.
