Shopping Information
How do I find a product?
Use the search bar at the top of any page, or browse by category from our main menu.
Can I save items to a wishlist?
Yes! Just click “Add to Wishlist” on any product page. You can view saved items anytime under My Account › Wishlist.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
- In stock: You’ll see the “Add to Cart” button.
- Out of stock: An option will appear to sign up for a restock notification.
Can I check out as a guest?
Absolutely. Guest checkout is fast and secure. Creating an account unlocks order tracking, saved shipping info, and special promotions.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and most major debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Buyneu uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your information is transmitted and stored securely.
Can I use a coupon code?
Definitely. Enter your code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout, then click Apply.
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll see an on-screen error and receive an email. Double-check your card details or try a different method. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, excluding U.S. postal holidays.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
What are your shipping options and fees?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Order Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible, non-sale items within 180 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and include proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an address.
- Send the item with your order confirmation included and share your tracking number with us.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return Cost: $0.00. Buyneu covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — we allow one free exchange per order (size or color). Email support with your order number and the new item variant, and we’ll handle the rest once your return is on its way.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase.
Email [email protected] or use our Contact Us form. After 24 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply. Buyneu is not responsible for undeliverable or misrouted orders due to customer error.
Refunds
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 10–15 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Yes, if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Otherwise, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
