You can cancel or modify your order for free within 24 hours of placing it. If you made an error in product selection, sizing, quantity, or shipping information, simply reach out to us during this period—we’ll take care of it promptly.

To request a cancellation or change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order:

Requests received after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for cancellation or modification, as your order will likely be in production or already prepared for shipment.

After 24 Hours

Once your order has entered fulfillment or customization, it cannot be changed or canceled, as many of our items are made to order. We appreciate your understanding and encourage careful review before finalizing your purchase.

Double-Check Your Shipping Details

We strongly advise verifying your shipping address before submitting your order. Incomplete or incorrect information can lead to delays or failed delivery.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees to resend it.
  • Buyneu is not responsible for lost or misrouted items due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
