  7. A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.

This procedure is designed to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Our Response and Investigation

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, Buyneu will promptly investigate the claim. If the claim appears legitimate, we will act quickly to:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user or party involved (if applicable)
  • If relevant, allow the posting party to submit a DMCA counter-notice, asserting lawful use

If a counter-notice is received that complies with the DMCA, the content may be restored unless the original complainant files a court action within a legally defined timeframe.

Repeat Infringers

If an individual or account holder is found to have committed multiple or repeated instances of infringement, Buyneu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate that user’s access to our Services, at our sole discretion.

Abuse and False Claims

Please note that submitting false or malicious infringement notices is prohibited by law and may result in legal liability. Misuse of this process may lead to civil damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA or other applicable laws.
